ƒÞ Keying in Sales Activity Management Information given by consultants to assess performance of the branch, district and consultant, and sending out reports to Dubai and generating reports on weekly basis and as and when required by the Managers in a regular and consistent trend.
ƒÞ Analyze business trends and provide reports to management, head office Assisting sales force in all Secretarial functions including typing, business updates, liaising with Dubai office, administration ¡V AUH office, Managers, etc.
ƒÞ Organizing the essential material for district meetings such as updates on achievement v/s targets, branch league, Branch/ District incentives, etc.
ƒÞ Updating all relevant business records on ADHOC basis to keep all DSF and Managers informed on current business.
ƒÞ Assisting Managers/ Branch Secretary in all required functions towards District/ Branch Meetings, Recruitment, one-to-one meetings with DSF, etc.
ƒÞ Handling all relevant distribution and follow-up information within the branch.
ƒÞ Liaise effectively between consultants/ Managers/ Abu Dhabi administration and Head office.
ƒÞ Assuming responsibilities of Branch Secretary in her absence.
ƒÞ Dealing and handling with customer queries, liaising with consultant/ Managers, ensuring that all internal & external customer queries have been responded to.
ƒÞ Updating submitted business checking all New Business Applications & updating the figures' board.
ƒÞ Assist T&D for organizing trainings and their preparations of all paper work, memos, lodging, hotel booking
ƒÞ Assist recruitment department in selecting eligible candidates CVs & forwarding them to the BM., ensure that all the necessary documentation of various interview stages and others are in place for processing the SIP, effectively complete the recruitment process, assist the new recruits for pre-CAT course training & preparations, following up with the candidates, and arranging accommodation & transportation.

ƒÞ Preparing different reports for our Headquarter in Monaco of France, and to higher managerial levels.

ƒÞ Training coordinator, gather the training needs from the department head and prepare the training plan to all staff.
ƒÞ Perform financial analysis, feasibility studies and economic studies for stations in all construction phases and plan, gather data and prepare IRRs for stations under construction
ƒÞ Gathered data for the website.
ƒÞ Created a simple software to monitor the credit sales that state the sales by product, station and client; which are used in the projected budget and the sales for the up coming year.
